Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuki Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dan Quinn will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yuki Yamamoto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dan Quinn! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamamoto throws a body kick that misses. Nice uppercut there from Yamamoto. A solid body kick from Yamamoto. Quinn cracks Yamamoto with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Yamamoto buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Quinn throws a series of punches but Yamamoto moves out of range. Quinn throws a series of punches but Yamamoto avoids them all with ease. Yamamoto lands a front kick. Quinn checks the leg kick. Quinn fails to land with a series of punches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yamamoto connects with a leg kick. Quinn looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Quinn lands a nice shot to the body.
Quinn throws a right hand that Yamamoto ducks under and follows up with a left that Yamamoto also avoids with ease. Yamamoto turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Yamamoto goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Dan Quinn has been cut. Quinn checks a leg kick nicely. Yamamoto shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Quinn napping and manages to drive through into side control! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Yamamoto is looking to take a break and control but Quinn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yamamoto advances to full mount. Yamamoto avoids the attempt from Quinn to control. Quinn is looking to improve his position but Yamamoto isn't that keen on the idea. Yamamoto fails to advance to Quinn's back. Quinn is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Quinn is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Yamamoto is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Quinn is in real trouble.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yamamoto is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Quinn is defending well though. Yamamoto let's go of the attempt for now. Yamamoto is trying to stick to Quinn's back but Quinn is turning into Yamamoto. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Yamamoto's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Quinn. Yamamoto has control of Quinn's left arm, preventing Quinn from doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Quinn wants to stand but Yamamoto is controlling his posture from full guard. Quinn is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Yamamoto is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Quinn defends well. Yamamoto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Yamamoto trying to keep a closed guard but Quinn is proving a slippery customer.
Yamamoto escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Quinn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Yamamoto is trying to control the position but Quinn postures up. Yamamoto looking for a sweep. Not yet Yamamoto, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yamamoto looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Quinn would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Quinn gets to his feet - Yamamoto follows without any prompting. Quinn takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Yamamoto wants to slow Quinn down by chopping away at his legs. Yamamoto throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Quinn counters with a lovely shot to the body. Quinn looks to score with a jab to the body but Yamamoto is just out of range. Yamamoto feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Quinn's calf. Quinn lets loose with a powerful body kick. Yamamoto will feel that in the morning. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A kick lands to the mid section there for Yamamoto. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Yamamoto.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yamamoto keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Yamamoto throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Yamamoto throws a leg kick and Quinn moves into the clinch. Yamamoto breaks from the clinch.
A bone on bone clash there as Quinn blocks the leg kick.
Yamamoto on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Quinn tries to land a front kick but Yamamoto steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Yamamoto shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Quinn attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Quinn moves away from the strike by Yamamoto. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Yamamoto throws a jab but it's blocked by Quinn. Yamamoto tries to land a front kick but Quinn steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Quinn throws a right and a left that Yamamoto avoids nicely. Yamamoto will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yuki Yamamoto dominated that round. The cut man is working on Dan Quinn's cut. That's time! Back to the action!

Yamamoto throws a looping overhand right but Quinn ducks down to avoid it. Yamamoto tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Yamamoto throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Quinn sees it coming and avoids it easily. Quinn blocks a leg kick. Yamamoto pivots, looking for a leg kick but Quinn is out of range and Yamamoto settles back down. Quinn swings for the body but Yamamoto moves out of range.
Yamamoto throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Quinn scores with a nice body kick.
Quinn has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Quinn there as he acknowledges the shot. Quinn is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Yamamoto rather than just go for the knockout. Yamamoto walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Quinn checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Yamamoto fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Quinn checks it well. Yamamoto fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Quinn is out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yamamoto takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A leg kick checked by Quinn. Quinn throws a solid leg kick but Yamamoto takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Quinn. Yamamoto bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Quinn misses with a body kick. Yuki Yamamoto is winning the standup battle so far. Yamamoto throws a leg kick that is checked and Quinn counters with a lovely shot to the body. Yamamoto throws a nice inside leg kick. Yamamoto throws a push kick but Quinn slaps the foot to one side. Quinn misses with the combination.
Quinn fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Yamamoto is looking to land body kicks. Yamamoto throws a leg kick but Quinn sees it coming and moves out of range. Yamamoto throws a leg kick but Quinn sees it coming and checks it nicely. Crunch! Yamamoto slams his shin into Quinn's torso.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Quinn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Yamamoto circles away quickly and effectively. Yamamoto throws a low kick, looking for Quinn's leg but Quinn calmly moves out of range. Yamamoto throws a leg kick but Quinn sees it coming and moves out of range. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Yamamoto keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Quinn. Quinn ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Yamamoto throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Yamamoto takes a body punch but keeps moving. Quinn throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Yuki Yamamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Yamamoto misses with an uppercut
and Quinn counters with a low kick, right behind Yamamoto 's knee. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Yamamoto checks a leg kick. Yamamoto misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Yamamoto throws a poor cross that misses
and Quinn counters with a left to the body. Quinn moves out of range of the body kick. Quinn cracks a nice hook into Yamamoto's ribs. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Yamamoto lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Quinn has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Quinn and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Quinn throws a chopping leg kick but Yamamoto manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Quinn feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Yamamotos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Quinn tries to land a leg kick but Yamamoto saw it coming and moves away.
Quinn moves out of range of the body kick. Yamamoto throws a head kick that misses and Quinn makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Quinn lands a left and a right that send Yamamoto crashing to the mat, dazed. Quinn thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Quinn checks a leg kick. Quinn stuns Yamamoto with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Yamamoto ducks right into an uppercut from Quinn.
Yamamoto is rocked! Quinn cracks Yamamoto with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Yamamoto tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Quinn pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Yamamoto is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
