Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cesar Vialpando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Seamon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vialpando comes to the cage accompanied by Kid Frost - La Raza. Steven Seamon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Cesar Vialpando! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Steven Seamon! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seamon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Seamon bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Seamon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vialpando tries to avoid it but Seamon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vialpando to the ground. Vialpando escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Vialpando gets caught flat footed, as Seamon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Vialpando kicks Seamon off and gets to his feet. Seamon is looking to clinch. Seamon tries to clinch up but Vialpando circles away and keeps his distance. Seamon looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Vialpando keeping moving, preventing Seamon from controlling successfully. Seamon prevents Vialpando from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Seamon advances position into side control! Vialpando wants to get back to his feet but Seamon drags him back down. Seamon is looking to take a break and control but Vialpando is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Vialpando bucks up and tries to throw Seamon off but instead Seamon has got his back! Vialpando wants to get back to his feet. Seamon tightening his grip on Vialpando, looking for the choke.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vialpando manages to stand up with Seamon still on his back. Eventually Seamon drops to his feet and we're back in the standing position. Vialpando is breathing heavily. Seamon slips a jab from Vialpando. Seamon misses with a takedown attempt - Vialpando sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Vialpando throws a leg kick but Seamon moved away. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Seamon moves into the clinch successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vialpando is looking to control Seamon's arms but Seamon gets an underhook and turns him. Now Vialpando has his back to the cage. Seamon stalling against the cage.
Vialpando misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Seamon.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. A bit of stalling here from Seamon.
Seamon lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Vialpando. Vialpando prevents a takedown attempt there.
Cesar Vialpando has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Seamon. Vialpando wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Vialpando prevents a takedown attempt there.
Vialpando is looking to break free of the clinch but Seamon has double underhooks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vialpando wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Vialpando's face as he tries to break the clinch. Seamon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A jab from Seamon misses. Vialpando dodges the punch combination from Seamon.
Seamon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Steven Seamon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Vialpando lands a jab to the nose. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Seamon fails in his attempt to clinch. Vialpando swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steven Seamon dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Seamon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Vialpando's guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Seamon stops Vialpando from standing up. Seamon controlling from the top position. Seamon with a flurry of punches that miss. Vialpando wants to stand but Seamon is controlling the position. Seamon slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Steven Seamon was stalling too much, according to the referee. Vialpando fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Seamon manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Seamon darts in looking for a takedown but Vialpando gets double underhooks and turns Seamon into the cage. Seamon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Seamon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Vialpando quickly recovers to half guard. Vialpando pushes Seamon off looking to stand but Seamon dives back in and keeps control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Seamon is trying to control the action in half guard but Vialpando is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Vialpando is trying to stand up here but Seamon is controlling him well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vialpando pushes Seamon off and gets back to his feet. A jab lands there for Vialpando. Cesar Vialpando is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Seamon shoots in but no luck this time. Seamon wants to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A left lands for Vialpando. Seamon tries to clinch there but Vialpando circles away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Seamon. Cesar Vialpando has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Seamon. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Vialpando lunges at Seamon with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Seamon's hand. Vialpando scores with a punch to the head. Vialpando stuffs the takedown attempt from Seamon. Seamon gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Seamon. Seamon fails with a takedown attempt. Vialpando fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Seamon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Seamon takes one to the side of the head.
Horrible takedown by Seamon or perhaps it was just good defense by Vialpando which made him look bad. Vialpando lands with a right that hurts Seamon. Seamon looks to clinch but Vialpando throws a short knee that drops Seamon. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Cesar Vialpando! A relieved looking Cesar Vialpando thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
