Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eli Massey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lucas Roy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucas Roy!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Massey bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Roy's head backwards.
Roy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Roy. Massey does a little dance to reset his feet.
Roy checks the leg kick nicely there.
Roy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Massey throws out the jab.
Roy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Roy dodges the punch combination from Massey.

Massey steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Roy.
Roy throws a hook to the side of Massey's head but Massey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Massey comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Massey scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Roy is pressing down on Massey's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Roy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Massey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Roy can't keep his opponent in guard - Massey advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Massey lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Massey wants to work for an arm triangle but Roy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Roy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Massey looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Massey drops an elbow to the side of Roy's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Massey is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Roy is just riding it out for now. Massey eventually gives up the hold.

Roy moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Roy won't allow Massey to pass to mount.
Roy seems to have recovered his senses.
Massey is trying to control the action in half guard but Roy is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Roy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Roy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Massey is working to get back to half guard.
Roy won't let Massey get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Massey is trying to stand.
Massey trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Roy looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Massey covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
