Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Keast Gaard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Cormier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gaard comes to the cage accompanied by Otto Brandenburg - Når en Sailor Går i Land. Cormier has chosen Smilin' Faces - Krizz Kaliko as his entrance music. Brock Cormier has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cormier slips a jab and a cross from Gaard.
Gaard throws a combination. Cormier tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Gaard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gaard pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cormier back to the cage. Gaard follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Gaard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cormier dodges the punch combination from Gaard.
Gaard shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Cormier gets caught napping as Gaard dives in and scores a takedown. Cormier manages to retain guard.

Gaard lands a left and a right that send Cormier crashing to the mat, dazed. Gaard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Keast Gaard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cormier is looking to clinch.
Gaard lands a jab-cross combination.
Cormier is rocked!
Gaard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cormier is still on wobbly legs! Can Gaard finish him?
Cormier shoots in but no luck this time.
Cormier seems to have recovered his senses.

Gaard bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cormier's head backwards.
Cormier jabs Gaard right on the nose. Gaard blinks but takes it well.

Cormier is looking to get back to full guard here but Gaard has managed to pass to side control instead.
Cormier tries to buck Gaard off but Gaard is having none of it.

It looks like Brock Cormier has been cut.
Gaard is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gaard Throws a clean left jab. Gaard Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Cormier's chin! Cormier crumbles to the ground and Gaard follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Gaard!

Keast Gaard was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Brock Cormier spoke after the fight, saying 'He was a tough opponent, a former champion, but i never turn down fights and i only want to fight the best!!'.
