The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saattaus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jones moves away.
Jones throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jones doesn't manage to clinch there - Saattaus circles away.
Jones moves into range and connects with a jab.
Jones ducks under a wild hook from Saattaus.

Saattaus misses with a leg kick
and Jones counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Saattaus misses with an uppercut.
Saattaus throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jones on the side of the head.
Saattaus rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Saattaus misses with a wild body shot.
Jones scores with a head kick. Saattaus tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Saattaus is rocked!
Jones plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Saattaus to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Saattaus just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jon Jones!
A very excited looking Jon Jones rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
