Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between The Repo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spenser Kalkbrenner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Repo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Mr Vegas Heads High. Kalkbrenner has chosen Not Afraid as his entrance music. Spenser Kalkbrenner struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Spenser Kalkbrenner told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, The Repo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Spenser Kalkbrenner!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Repo slaps away a takedown attempt from Kalkbrenner, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kalkbrenner looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Repo is fending him off so far but Kalkbrenner persists. Nope, Repo circles away and we're back to standing.
Repo tries to clinch but Kalkbrenner is having none of it.
Kalkbrenner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Repo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Repo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kalkbrenner can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kalkbrenner postures up in Repo's guard and throws a big left but Repo blocks it.
Kalkbrenner trying to control the position from guard on top but Repo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Repo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Repo looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kalkbrenner is defending well. Repo quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kalkbrenner has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Repo celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). The Repo!
