Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dougerson fails with the takedown
and Hardy counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hardy.
Hardy prevents Dougerson from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dougerson is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dougerson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Hardy postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hardy tries to free his leg and advance position but Dougerson is retaining full guard.
Dougerson is looking to stand up but Hardy isn't so interested in that idea.
Dougerson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hardy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hardy stands and throws Dougerson's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hardy lands a few punches from side control.
Dougerson is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hardy is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Dougerson looks calm but he's in trouble here. Hardy gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Dougerson is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Hardy lets go of the hold and Dougerson can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Kevin Hardy was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
