Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Francesc Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cooper comes into the arena with Hey, Listen! blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for Francesc Cooper has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Francesc Cooper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eddie Bravo! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Cooper. Those never looked like landing. Cooper throws a series of strikes that have Bravo backpedaling.
Cooper throws a combination that misses and Bravo counters with a nice double leg into guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Bravo pushes down on Cooper's leg and manages to get into half guard. Bravo wants to pass the guard but Cooper is defending well. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cooper is looking for a sweep. Bravo is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bravo controlling the action here. Bravo is working for a submission of some sort.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bravo in particular looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bravo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cooper with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Bravo moves nicely into side control. Bravo just content to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bravo throwing shots but missing, from side control. Cooper is looking to regain half guard here but Bravo keeps moving and retains side control. You can see the frustration on Cooper's face as Bravo controls the position. Bravo goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Cooper has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Bravo but great work by Cooper.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Cooper tries for a kimura but Bravo is defending well. Cooper tries to stand but Bravo is controlling his head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bravo gets back to half guard. Bravo manages to get to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bravo wants to sweep here but Cooper controlling him for the moment. Bravo has his hands on Cooper's head, controlling the position. Bravo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bravo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cooper can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bravo manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bravo goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Cooper turns into him and now he's in Bravo's guard.
Cooper is fighting to break Bravo's control of his arms but Bravo is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bravo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eddie Bravo dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Bravo blocks a head kick by Cooper.
Cooper pulls out of a head kick attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bravo. An inside leg kick lands from Cooper. Francesc Cooper is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bravo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Cooper throws a head kick that half lands.
Cooper fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bravo. Cooper feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bravo's calf. Bravo's coach down at WarZone Training Facility 1 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Bravo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Cooper digs a good hook to Bravo's body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cooper scores with a sloppy right hand. Bravo should have avoided that one.
Bravo is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round. A slapping leg kick lands for Cooper.
Bravo is still on wobbly legs! Can Cooper finish him? Cooper walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Bravo drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Cooper swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Bravo's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Francesc Cooper! Francesc Cooper tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
