Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jaddie Defensor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Ishikawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ishikawa comes into a darkened arena with his song building. mindshift genki sudo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jaddie Defensor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
28 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akira Ishikawa! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Defensor lands with a good body shot. The fight stays on the outside here - Defensor looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jaddie Defensor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ishikawa circles away from the clinch attempt.
Defensor scores with a one two! Ishikawa had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Akira Ishikawa has been cut. Defensor lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Defensor takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
This has been an exciting period of action! Defensor swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ishikawa makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Defensor really felt that one! Defensor tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Ishikawa bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Ishikawa staying calm. Ishikawa working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Ishikawa tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ishikawa has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. Ishikawa is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Defensor is trying to escape and Ishikawa transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Defensor is forced to tap! Nice work there by Ishikawa! Very nice indeed!
