Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Godefroy Gregorois De Durfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Godefroy Gregorois De Durfort! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ken Masters! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Masters lands a body shot.
Masters thuds a left hand into De Durfort's body. Masters lands with a right hand. Nice sprawl there from Masters as De Durfort shoots in. De Durfort takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Masters cracks De Durfort with a right hand to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Masters with a nice cross. Masters scores with a jab to the jaw. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from De Durfort. Jab from Masters. A jab lands there for Masters. De Durfort misses with a takedown and Masters counters with a nice double leg into side control. De Durfort won't be happy with that. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Godefroy Gregorois De Durfort. That's going to take a lot out of him. Masters wants to stand but De Durfort is controlling his arm.
That's one minute gone in the round. De Durfort manages to get back to half guard. Masters tries to stand but can't do so whilst De Durfort controls his leg. Masters really doesn't want to stay on the ground with De Durfort. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Masters looks winded! De Durfort slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. De Durfort pulls Masters in close to his closed guard and prevents Masters from doing any damage or advancing position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Masters must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. De Durfort is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Still in half guard, De Durfort seems content to control. De Durfort is nestled in close to Masters, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Masters looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice strikes from De Durfort there. De Durfort seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. De Durfort looks to score some points with some ground and pound. De Durfort keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Masters felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. De Durfort lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. De Durfort not doing much here.
De Durfort gets to his feet - back to striking we go! De Durfort throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Masters tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. De Durfort is in Masters's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! De Durfort is in close to Masters's body, working some short punches and elbows. De Durfort sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Masters's guard. De Durfort is figuring out what he wants to do next. De Durfort has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. De Durfort scoring with strikes to the body and head. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with De Durfort in particular looking to stall. Masters is trying to defend against the ground and pound but De Durfort scores with a couple of nice shots. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Masters is in trouble now - De Durfort has advanced to mount! Masters has left one of his arms exposed and De Durfort doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Masters screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Godefroy Gregorois De Durfort! A determined Godefroy Gregorois De Durfort didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
