Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Hallvaldur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keijiro Maeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keijiro Maeda is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Adam Hallvaldur! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Keijiro Maeda! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hallvaldur closes the distance and clinches. Maeda has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Hallvaldur after a bit of a struggle. Hallvaldur is trying to drag Maeda to the mat but Maeda just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Hallvaldur pulls guard effortlessly. Hallvaldur is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Hallvaldur looking for a guillotine here but Maeda defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hallvaldur avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Maeda trying to control the position from guard on top but Hallvaldur is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Maeda with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hallvaldur has control of Maeda's left arm, preventing Maeda from doing any damage. Maeda preventing the sweep. Maeda stands up over Hallvaldur, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hallvaldur has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Maeda is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hallvaldur. Maeda working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Hallvaldur tries to get back to half guard but can't. Maeda trying to control the action but Hallvaldur is working from the bottom. Hallvaldur tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hallvaldur is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Hallvaldur takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Hallvaldur might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Maeda can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hallvaldur is looking to escape. Maeda cracks Hallvaldur with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Maeda landing strikes, looking to finish! Hallvaldur holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Maeda tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Hallvaldur is breathing heavily. Hallvaldur is trying desperately to improve position. Maeda connects with a bit shot that sees Hallvaldur covering up! More strikes from Maeda and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Maeda is our winner by TKO!
