Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Benny Bass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucjan Kot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bass has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Benny Bass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lucjan Kot!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bass moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kot takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Benny Bass seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kot throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bass has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kot finds it's way round the side to connect with Bass's head.

Bass tries a head kick but it misses.
Kot rushes Bass and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kot has Bass pressed against the cage, preventing Bass from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A short uppercut from Kot.
Bass wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kot has him pressed against the cage.
Kot makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Kot.
Bass is breathing heavily.
Kot prevents Bass from breaking the clinch.
Kot lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Kot.
Kot throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Basss head.
Kot lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kot manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Kot lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bass backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bass wants to break free but Kot has control.
Kot scores with a shoulder strike.
Kot manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Bass's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Kot escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kot goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Kot throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bass on the side of the head.
Bass is rocked!
Bass throws a head kick that misses.
Oh Bass is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kot lands a nice hook to Bass's body. Bass takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kot lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Bass is looking to close the distance but Kot sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Bass crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Bass is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Lucjan Kot!
