Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Jerks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isaac Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Boy Dance Party- Bruce Willis SNL kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Jerks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Isaac Hall! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Hall. No joy for Jerks on that attempt. Hall closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Jerks is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Jerks is looking for a takedown. Jerks keeps control of Hall as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Jerks is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hall to keep the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Jerks. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jerks wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hall has him pressed against the cage. Jerks is trying to drag Hall to the mat but Hall just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Hall tries to circle away but Jerks has him pinned against the cage. Jerks is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hall to keep the fight standing. Jerks is trying to pull guard but Hall turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Jerks has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hall is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jerks tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hall smiles and moves away.

Hall takes the fight into the clinch. Jerks is trying to maintain a safe position but Hall gets an underhook and turns Jerks into the cage. Hall looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Jerks fails to pull guard.
Jerks has had enough of the clinch but Hall keeps him there for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Jerks tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Jerks shoots for a double leg takedown but Hall sprawls well. He's pushed Jerks's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall stuffs the takedown attempt from Jerks. Jerks gets slowly back to his feet. Jerks throws a looping overhand right but Hall ducks down to avoid it. Hall moves into the clinch. Jerks working hard to break the clinch. Hall blocks an elbow strike from Jerks.

Jerks pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Hall prevents the takedown attempt.
Jerks pulls guard. Jerks is trying to control the position but Hall postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hall stopping the sweep attempt from Jerks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jerks keeping full guard, as Hall tries to pass. Jerks is looking to stand up but Hall isn't so interested in that idea. Hall really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jerks. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
We're going to have a standup here because Mark Jerks wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. A leg kick checked by Jerks. Jerks misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mark Jerks will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Hall gets in close and instigates a clinch. Jerks tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hall's elbow. Hall is trying to break free. Jerks tries to pull guard but Hall forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Jerks wants to break free but Hall has control.

Jerks shoots in for a double leg but Hall sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Jerks tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hall sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jerks somewhat. Jerks fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Hall is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jerks closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hall circles away. Mark Jerks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jerks moves out of range of the body kick from Hall.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hall walks away with a smile on his face. Jerks gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Isaac Hall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Hall gets caught flat footed, as Jerks shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Hall keeping moving, preventing Jerks from controlling successfully. Jerks trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hall is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jerks wants to pass the guard but Hall is keeping the position. Hall wants to stand and escape but Jerks is having none of it. Jerks trying to control the position from guard on top but Hall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jerks trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Jerks shoots in for a double leg but Hall sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Hall cracks a nice hook into Jerks's ribs. Jerks doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mark Jerks. I think Jerks has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
