PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Flintstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scottie Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Fred Flintstone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Scottie Duran!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flintstone tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Duran defends well and Flintstone ends up having to push Duran into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Flintstone breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Flintstone will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Duran up against the cage.

We've been hearing reports that Flintstone has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Duran can do anything to dispel that myth.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Fred Flintstone will probably get the nod.
