The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith tries to close the distance and clinch but Risley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

enabling Risley to counter with a crisp jab.

and Risley counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Smith is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Smith tries to clinch up but Risley circles away and keeps his distance.

and Risley counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Smith thinking.
Risley scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
