Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yatzhee James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyron Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James comes into the arena with Green Day - King For A Day blaring out of the sound system. Yatzhee James could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tyron Marshall's chin.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tyron Marshall! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Hugh Johnson and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James darts in and clinches Marshall up against the cage. Marshall keeps the fight in the clinch, despite James's efforts to push away. Marshall landing knees to the head.
It looks like Yatzhee James has been cut. Marshall landing some nice looking knees to the body.
James is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Come on Marshall - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Marshall has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. James throws a nice looking combination but Marshall bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Marshall wants to clinch. James throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Marshall sees it coming and avoids it easily. Marshall has taken the fight to the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Marshall misses with an elbow over the top. Marshall tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

James throws a right and a left that Marshall avoids nicely. Marshall tries to close the distance and clinch but James swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. The fight stays on the outside here - Marshall looks like he's thinking about clinching though. James slaps away a takedown attempt from Marshall, before circling back to the center of the mat. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Marshall. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Marshall tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. James just stands there and leans against the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. James prevents the takedown attempt.

That was a close second round but I would say that Yatzhee James will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Yatzhee James's cut. That's time! In favor of your winner, by split decision... Yatzhee James! Yatzhee James decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
