The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximus lands with a kick to the temple. Heke shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Heke fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Maximus paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Maximus tries to close the distance and clinch but Heke swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Heke lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Al Maximus has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Heke measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Maximus! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Jake Heke!
