Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Carlo Froch!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Roberto Blanco!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Froch, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Blanco gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Froch misses with a two punch combination.
Blanco takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Blanco throws a body punch but Froch moves out of range.
Carlo Froch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blanco leaves Froch with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Froch scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
