Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Avro Lancaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodolph Austin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodolph Austin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin throws a head kick but Lancaster moves out of range.

Austin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lancaster paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Austin.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Austin is pressed up against the cage. Lancaster has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Austin down to the mat. Austin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Austin moves in looking to clinch but Lancaster pushes him off.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lancaster changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Austin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Rodolph Austin has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Lancaster working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
