Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Flash Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Flash Rage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A cross from Rage lands. Rage throws a body punch but Tyson moves out of range. Rage waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Tyson. Tyson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tyson lands in his opponent's guard. Tyson pushes down on Rage's leg and manages to get into half guard. Tyson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Tyson is keen to just control but Rage is a slippery customer. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rage trying to control from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson wants to control but Rage is keeping him busy. Tyson is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. The fighters are battling for position here. Rage manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Tyson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rage is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Tyson, into his guard. Rage pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tyson is keeping the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Tyson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Tyson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rage is controlling him. Tyson looks gassed! Rage sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tyson's guard. Rage is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tyson is just riding it out for now. Rage eventually gives up the hold.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyson tries to roll over but Rage keeps him under control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Rage is keen to just control but Tyson is a slippery customer. Rage passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Tyson! Tyson tries to reverse the position but Rage maintains control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tyson is trying to reverse the position but instead Rage has taken his back - oops! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Flash Rage dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Rage with a poor takedown and Tyson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rage's guard. Tyson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rage swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tyson showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Tyson stands and steps away. Rage gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rage looks to land a right hand but Tyson moved out of range. Rage tries to clinch but Tyson is having none of it. Rage shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Rage was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tyson is trying to escape the mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rage is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Tyson has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Tyson! Tyson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Tyson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Tyson tries to stand but Rage is controlling from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tyson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Rage avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Tyson wants to control from the top but Rage keeps moving. Tyson stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Rage has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Tyson manages to get his head free but now Rage has transitioned to an armbar! Tyson grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Rage! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
