Powers takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
A big right from Powers misses.
Powers lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Vovkov falls backwards - clearly groggy! Powers dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
