Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 42 - 21 - 2, fighting out of London, Viljo Laine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jordan Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laine moves into range and connects with a jab.
Johnson tests Laine's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Johnson checks the leg kick nicely there.
Laine sizes up Johnson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A decent looking cross lands there for Johnson.
Johnson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Laine bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nice defenses there by Johnson.
Laine swings for the body but Johnson moves out of range.
Laine throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Laine fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Johnson checks it well.
Laine ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Laine looks to land a combination. Johnson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Laine throws a big shot that misses.
Laine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Johnson manages to avoid it.
Johnson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Laine misses with a wild body shot.

Johnson pushes Laine up against the cage in a clinch.
Laine has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Johnson pushes Laine back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Johnson gets through Laine's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Johnson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Laine fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Johnson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Johnson clinches.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Johnson.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Laine.
Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Laine controls the action.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johnson pushes Laine back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Laine tries to throw a body punch but Johnson avoids it by throwing Laine back against the cage.
Laine wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Johnson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Johnson lands an uppercut.
Laine is looking to break free of the clinch but Johnson has double underhooks.
Johnson lands a right hand.
Johnson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Laine backwards.
Johnson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A shot in the inside from Johnson.
Johnson lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Laine.
Johnson scores with a shoulder strike.


Laine is rocked!
Laine is breathing heavily.
Johnson creates a little bit of space and unloads with a massive uppercut! Laine drops to the mat, out cold! Wow, that was brutal! What a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jordan Johnson!
During a confident post fight interview, Jordan Johnson thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
