The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Lucas.
Lucas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Dogg throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Michael Lucas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dogg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lucas as he avoids it easily.
Dogg throws an overhand right that lands on Lucas's shoulder, as Lucas tries to avoid the shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dogg is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lucas looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dogg gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lucas is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dogg lets go of the hold and Lucas can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Dirty Dogg spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
