PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jugdish Patel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angle has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Angle tries to keep at a distance but Patel has taken the fight into the clinch.
Angle is breathing heavily.

Patel jumps guard and drags Angle to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Patel has control of Angle's left arm, preventing Angle from doing any damage.
Angle throws a strike but Patel rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Patel is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
