Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ichi DeKiller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregory House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by House. House landing a few strikes. DeKiller tries to bench press House off him but House keeps the position. DeKiller sneaks back into half guard. DeKiller tries to get to full guard but House has control of the leg. DeKiller has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. House is working away from the top position though. House is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. House controlling from the full mount. House lands with some strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. House looking to control and managing it successfully. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, House cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. House looking to control but DeKiller is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. DeKiller regains half guard. DeKiller is pressing down on House's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as DeKiller holds on and takes a little breather. DeKiller working for a triangle but House defends it easily.

House is positioning himself to get back to half guard. DeKiller wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by House, who protects the arm well. DeKiller is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but House is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. DeKiller is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, House has escaped the position, nice work there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

"Ole!" shouts DeKiller as he jumps to the side. DeKiller doesn't succeed with the takedown and House counters with a single leg into guard. DeKiller didn't expect that. Both fighters are breathing heavily. DeKiller has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but House can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Ichi DeKiller overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. DeKiller looking to hit a scissor sweep but House is one step ahead there. DeKiller had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. House is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. DeKiller Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take House's back instead. DeKiller doesn't have the hooks in and House manages to turn into his guard.
DeKiller throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! House escapes and throws DeKiller's legs to the side, diving into side control! House scores with a couple of short elbows.

DeKiller tries to hold on but House pushes him away. DeKiller tries to improve his position but instead House has taken his back! Can DeKiller hold on?! House is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
House is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. DeKiller manages to reverse the position and now he's in House's guard. Nice work there by DeKiller.
