Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Stanley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Zero is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanley darts in and clinches Zero up against the cage.
Zero blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Zero blocks a body shot from Stanley.

The fight stays on the outside here - Stanley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Stanley looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Zero shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Zero showed some decent athleticism there.
My spies in Island Conditioning inform me that Zero has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Stanley is landing with some decent strikes but Zero is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Stanley wants to finish this one by submission but Zero is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Stanley.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stanley has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Zero is defending well but eventually Stanley manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Zero has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
