Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goku San (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Locke's entrance music is Keep Your Eyes Peeled by Queens Of The Stone Age. A fine choice. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Goku San!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
San is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Locke.
Locke throws a combination. San tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Goku San has been cut.
Locke throws a head kick but San moves out of range.
A good leg kick by Locke.
San checks a leg kick nicely.
The fighters circling - Locke throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Locke tries a head kick but it misses.
John Locke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Locke misses the shot to the body.
San with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Locke cracks San with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

San has Locke up against the cage in a clinch.

San manages to pull guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
San looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Locke won't allow San to sweep him here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Locke wanted to stand there but San had control of the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Locke throws a wild body kick that San sees coming a mile off.
A nice leg kick lands there from Locke.
San blocks a head kick by Locke.
Locke throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nice takedown defense from Locke. No joy for San on that attempt.
Locke connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from San. Those never looked like landing.
Locke connects with a high kick.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Locke! San is out on his feet! Locke rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - San is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! San is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
