I think Savish might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to They are taking your time. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Leto Savish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lao Tzu!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savish connects with the punch.
Savish throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A punch lands to the side of Tzu 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Savish takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Tzu throws a left and a right that both miss
and Savish counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tzu's knee momentarily.
Savish works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Savish bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Tzu's head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tzu takes a swing at Savish's ribcage but misses.
Tzu waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Savish.
Tzu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Savish circles away quickly and effectively.
Tzu will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tzu swings widly with a right hand

and Savish moves into the clinch.

Savish breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Savish thuds a left hand into Tzu's body.
Tzu ducks under a wild hook from Savish.
Savish lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Savish keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Savish scores with a shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tzu misses with a double jab
and Savish counters with a stiff right hand.
Tzu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Savish.
Tzu uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Savish.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tzu looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tzu on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A jab lands there for Savish.
Lao Tzu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Savish throws a head kick that misses.
Tzu misses with a hook. Savish ducked under it nicely.
Tzu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Savish counters with a big right hand! Oh Tzu is in trouble here! Savish follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leto Savish!
Leto Savish decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
