Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Blood Noise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Ry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blood Noise has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Blood Noise!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andy Ry!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Noise, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Noise swats away the attempt to clinch by Ry.
Ry has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Ry dives in and scores a takedown into Noise's guard.
Ry trying to stand up but can't free himself from Noise's guard.
Noise really is a fat lump.
Ry's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Ry decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Noise, up you get!
A low kick from Ry is predictable there
and Noise counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ry thinking.
Noise throws a head kick but Ry moves out of range.

Ry fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Noise to the ground. Ry is now in Noise's guard.

Ry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Noise. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Noise working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ry doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ry manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Ry is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ry can do anything to dispel that myth.

Noise looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ry is fending him off so far but Noise persists. Nope, Ry circles away and we're back to standing.
Noise fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Ry throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Noise tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ry is in Noise's guard.

Noise can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ry controls the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Blood Noise just wasn't active enough.
Ry shoots in for a double leg but Noise sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ry looks for a takedown but Noise sprawls well.
Ry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Noise's waist but Noise gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ry off to one side.
Blood Noise has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Ry.

Noise throws a sloppy head kick and Ry moves out of range easily.
Ry scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Noise looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ry misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Noise wants to clinch up but Ry keeps it at a distance.

Ry lands a really nice looking cross but Noise seems unphased.
Noise looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
A combination from Noise does no damage.
Ry misses with a takedown attempt - Noise sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Ry dives in and grabs Noise's left leg, looking for a takedown. Noise pushes down on Ry's head and hops out.

Ry is trying to control but Noise manages to pass to mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Noise cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Ry is desperately trying to improve his position but Noise has a good base and remains in mount.
Ry tries to hold on but Noise pushes him away.
Ry is trying to escape the mount.
Ry is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Ry trying desperately to get to his feet.
Noise pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Noise misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Noise is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Ry can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Ry wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ry trying to control the hands but Noise won't let him.
Andy Ry has got the better of the ground game so far.

Noise looking to break Ry's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Ry remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Noise will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

That was a close second round but I would say that Blood Noise will probably get the nod.
That's time! Noise's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Noise ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ry moves away.

Ry drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Ry prevents Noise from escaping the position.

Ry decides to stand up, so the ref orders Noise to his feet.
Ry fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Blood Noise is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Ry misses with a jab, cross combination.

Noise is looking to regain half guard here but Ry keeps moving and retains side control.
Noise prevents Ry from improving position.

Ry stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Noise defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ry.
Ry keeps the fight on the outside.
Noise cracks the inside of Ry's front leg.
Ry scores with a shot to the body.
Noise wants to clinch.

Noise changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ry fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Ry looks to land a body kick but Noise moved away.

Ry closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ry lands in his opponent's guard.
Noise wants to sweep but no luck.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ry wants to take a breather but Noise is having none of it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Andy Ry hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Ry closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Noise to the mat! Noise manages to get full guard.
Ry is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Noise is looking to stand up but Ry isn't so interested in that idea.

Well Ry has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
