Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wu Tang Fu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamood Hallak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu tries to land a body kick
and Hallak counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fu defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hallak.
Fu connects with a high kick.
It looks like Hamood Hallak has been cut.
Nice shot lands for Hallak.
Fu tries a head kick but it misses.
Fu misses with a low kick.
Hallak drives through with a takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hallak's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Fu trying to keep a closed guard but Hallak is proving a slippery customer.
Hallak in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Hallak working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Fu not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hallak passes Fu's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Fu is looking for a sweep. Hallak is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Hallak throwing shots but Fu is blocking nicely.
Nice strikes from Hallak there.
Fu tries to roll over but Hallak keeps him under control.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Hallak lands a nice short elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hallak takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Fu is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Hallak working Fu over with strikes.
Fu is rocked!
Hallak lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Fu quite badly. Fu pulls Hallak in close trying to recover. Hallak postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Fu on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Fu doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hamood Hallak!
After winning the bout, Hamood Hallak thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
