Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kid Knockout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomi Jaatinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knockout's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Let The Bodies Hit The Floor. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kid Knockout! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tomi Jaatinen! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaatinen pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Jaatinen. Knockout shrugs it off though. Knockout wants to clinch up but Jaatinen keeps it at a distance. Knockout fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Knockout. Knockout shoots in for a takedown but Jaatinen shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kid Knockout. That's going to take a lot out of him. Knockout attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Knockout dodges the punch combination from Jaatinen.
Knockout tries to clinch up but Jaatinen circles away and keeps his distance. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jaatinen.
Knockout fails with a takedown attempt. Knockout moves out of range as Jaatinen throws a body kick.
Jaatinen stuns Knockout with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Jaatinen scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Knockout is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knockout manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Jaatinen is nestled in close to Knockout, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Jaatinen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Knockout. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jaatinen not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Jaatinen thows a huge punch but Knockout dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jaatinen lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Knockout is refusing to be controlled, as Jaatinen sits in half guard. Jaatinen wants to pass the guard but Knockout is defending well. Jaatinen slows the pace down in half guard. Knockout avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Jaatinen. Knockout keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jaatinen seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Knockout is trying to maintain the position but Jaatinen is very close to passing his half guard. Jaatinen trying to control the action but Knockout is working from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Knockout with a lazy takedown attempt and Jaatinen counters with a shoot takedown. Knockout fights it but they end up in guard. Knockout will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Jaatinen throwing strikes from guard but Knockout blocks nicely. Jaatinen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jaatinen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Knockout swivels though and keeps the full guard. Knockout throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Knockout utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Knockout is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Jaatinen scores with a jab to the head.
Jaatinen shoots in and bounces Knockout off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Jaatinen trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jaatinen tries to stand but Knockout is controlling from the bottom. Jaatinen landing some decent shots from guard.

Jaatinen scoring with strikes but Knockout is staying in there. Jaatinen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
BOOM! Jaatinen connects with a massive shot to the dome!

And that's the end of the fight! Tomi Jaatinen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jaatinen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
