Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Romeo Bekeroon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Slade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Romeo Bekeroon! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tyrone Slade! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bekeroon lands a slapping body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bekeroon crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Slade - the referee stops the clock and Bekeroon gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Slade. Bekeroon manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Slade fails with an attempt to clinch.
Slade misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bekeroon.
Bekeroon looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Slade.
Slade throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Romeo Bekeroon has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bekeroon lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bekeroon.
It looks like Tyrone Slade has been cut. Bekeroon blocks the body kick.
Bekeroon throws a combination that misses and Slade counters with a low kick, right behind Bekeroon 's knee. Slade has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Bekeroon checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Bekeroon misses with a straight right. Slade closes the distance and clinches. Slade swings wildly with an uppercut but Bekeroon uses good head movement to avoid it. Slade stalls.
That's one minute gone in the round. Slade lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Bekeroon is trying to force a seperation but Slade has the dominant position. Bekeroon blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Slade lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Bekeroon backwards. Bekeroon blocks a body shot from Slade. Slade tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Bekeroon's elbow. Bekeroon is looking to control Slade's arms but Slade gets an underhook and turns him. Now Bekeroon has his back to the cage. A quick uppercut on the inside from Slade. A short body shot lands from Slade as the two fighters clinch.
Bekeroon is breathing heavily. Slade stalling against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Slade continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Bekeroon is trying to force a seperation but Slade has the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Slade lands a nice shot to the body. A short left from Slade. Slade lands with a light punch inside. Bekeroon wants to stall.
Slade tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Slade manages to break the clinch.
Bekeroon moves out of range of the body kick from Slade.
Slade throws a wild body kick that Bekeroon sees coming a mile off. Slade uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bekeroon. Slade slips under a jab from Bekeroon. A shot to the body from Bekeroon misses and Slade counters by clinching up. Slade lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bekeroon backwards. Bekeroon takes a shot to the head.
Romeo Bekeroon's cut is getting worse. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Slade.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bekeroon is looking to break free of the clinch but Slade has double underhooks. Slade prevents Bekeroon from breaking the clinch. Slade tries to work over Bekeroon's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Slade working aggressively here.
Bekeroon misses with a hook to the ribs.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Slade. Slade tries to throw a body punch but Bekeroon avoids it by throwing Slade back against the cage. Slade lands with a right to the head. Bekeroon wants to get back to striking at distance but Slade won't allow it.
Bekeroon blocks a body shot from Slade. Bekeroon's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Slade swings wildly with an uppercut but Bekeroon uses good head movement to avoid it. Bekeroon blocks a punch to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bekeroon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Slade thows a body kick. Bekeroon tries to catch it but that hurt him. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Slade ducks under a wild hook from Bekeroon. Oh, that's a big right hand from Slade and Bekeroon goes tumbling to the canvas! Slade follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard. Slade perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Slade throwing shots but Bekeroon is blocking nicely. Slade looks to land a strike but Bekeroon avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Slade drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Slade jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Slade is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Slade postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyrone Slade dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Slade feints and then cracks Bekeroon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bekeroon down. Slade has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Slade keeps the fight on the outside. Bekeroon on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Slade looks to land a left hand but Bekeroon moved out of range nicely. Slade shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bekeroon is trying to defend but Slade finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Slade throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Bekeroon has hold of Slade's hands but Slade slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Romeo Bekeroon's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Slade wants to work for an arm triangle but Bekeroon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Slade throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Slade seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Slade is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bekeroon sees it coming and defends easily. Slade stalling away here and it's allowed Bekeroon to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Bekeroon on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bekeroon tries to get out of the position. Slade decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bekeroon, up you get!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bekeroon clinches up with Slade and pushes him back against the cage. Slade misses with a body punch.
Bekeroon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Romeo Bekeroon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bekeroon avoids the head kick by Slade.
Slade looks to throw the jab but Bekeroon is out of range. Slade works the jab nicely.
Jeez, Romeo Bekeroon's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Romeo Bekeroon's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tyrone Slade! Tyrone Slade retains his heavyweight title!
