Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Decoste (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waldemir Warzecha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Waldemir Warzecha was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hugo Decoste! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Waldemir Warzecha! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Warzecha tries to clinch but fails miserably and Decoste counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Decoste misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Warzecha.
Warzecha will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Decoste keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Warzecha shoots in looking for a takedown. Decoste tries to sprawl out of it but Warzecha keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Decoste manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Hugo Decoste has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Waldemir Warzecha. Warzecha shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Decoste but Decoste pushes him off and we're back to square one. Warzecha doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Warzecha scores with a takedown into Decoste's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Decoste seems keen to control Warzecha's posture. Warzecha passes easily into side control. Nice work. Warzecha is putting a hurting on Decoste here, landing some big shots from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Warzecha prevents Decoste from escaping the position. Decoste wants to control but Warzecha postures up. Warzecha tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Decoste is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Warzecha is controlling him well. You can see the frustration on Decoste's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Warzecha has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Warzecha has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Decoste! Warzecha working the ground and pound effectively.
Decoste is bucking up trying to escape but Warzecha cracks him with another couple of good strikes. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Decoste tries to lock up and control but Warzecha gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Warzecha lands a nice shot to the head. Decoste is trying to stand but he's just given Warzecha his back. Warzecha is persistently looking for the submission but Decoste is defending it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. I really don't envy Decoste right now.
Warzecha has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Decoste is defending well but eventually Warzecha manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Decoste has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
