Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Austin Worner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dallas Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dallas Riley will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Austin Worner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dallas Riley!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worner shoots in looking for a takedown but Riley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Worner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Worner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Riley tries to avoid it but Worner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Riley to the ground. Riley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Riley counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Austin Worner. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Worner tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Riley wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Worner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Riley stands up and beckons Worner to his feet.

and Riley counters by clinching up.

Riley jumps into guard, dragging Worner to the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Riley is pulling down on Worner's head to control his posture.
Worner is looking to pass into half guard but Riley pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Riley is in guard.

and Riley decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Worner's guard.

Riley is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Worner is just riding it out for now. Riley eventually gives up the hold.

Riley decides to return to a standing position.
Worner fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Riley avoids it really well and circles away.
Worner moves in looking to clinch but Riley pushes him off.

Riley closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Riley lands in his opponent's guard.
Riley wants to pass the guard but Worner is keeping the position.

Riley scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Worner is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Riley is controlling him.

Worner moves in looking to clinch but Riley pushes him off.

Riley closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Riley lands in his opponent's guard.
Riley is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Worner looking to hit a scissor sweep but Riley is one step ahead there.
Riley slips nicely into half guard.
Riley looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Worner is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Riley pulls his head out easily.
Riley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Worner is looking for a sweep. Riley is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Riley is trying to work for a kimura but Worner is defending well.
Worner wants to improve his position but Riley is controlling well.

Worner tries to get to full guard but Riley has control of the leg.
Riley looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Riley is still trying to improve position.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Riley looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Dallas Riley hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Worner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Riley as he jumps to the side.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Riley closes the distance and clinches.

Riley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Riley changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Worner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Riley just content to control the position.

Dallas Riley has got the better of the ground game so far.
Riley is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Worner's shoulder. That is not cool.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Riley stands up and beckons Worner to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Worner is looking to clinch.

Riley closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dallas Riley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Riley tries to land a leg kick but Worner saw it coming and moves away.
Worner tries to clinch
and Riley finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Worner tries to close the distance and clinch up but Riley swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Worner dives in and grabs Riley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Riley pushes down on Worner's head and hops out.
Riley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Worner is working an open guard so Riley takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Riley throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Riley lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Worner!
Worner is wriggling around trying to escape.
Riley sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Riley fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Riley stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Riley slaps away a takedown attempt from Worner, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Worner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Riley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Worner somewhat.
Riley throws a head kick that misses.

Riley shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Riley decides to stand back up.

Worner manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Riley on his heels. He'll look to pass Riley's guard now, I'm sure.
Riley has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Worner pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Riley is keeping the position for now.

Riley is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Worner frees his head nicely. Oh but Riley has switched to an armbar! Worner is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Dallas Riley!
Post fight, an emotional Dallas Riley said 'It was a good fight but once again i came out with the W. I'm 3-0 in this company now and i know your watching mr. champion. I'm coming for you. right after i knock out that little bitch austin worner'.
