Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dario Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donovan Robertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Iron. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dario Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Donovan Robertson! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva lands with a slapping head kick. Silva swinging wildly here.

Robertson walks into a straight right hand from Silva. Robertson shoots for a takedown but Silva saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Silva falls off balance throwing a combination
and Robertson counters with a takedown into side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Silva managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Robertson.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Robertson tries for a kimura but Silva is defending well. Robertson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working. Robertson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Silva is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Robertson yanks on the arm and Silva is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Robertson.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Donovan Robertson! In his post fight interview, Donovan Robertson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
