Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 19 - 1, fighting out of New York, Mac Hansen!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen throws a sloppy head kick and Cooper moves out of range easily.
Cooper is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hansen fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Cooper looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Cooper thuds his right hand into Hansen's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hansen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hansen throws a hook but Cooper avoids it easily.
Hansen lands with a thumping leg kick.
Hansen thows a body shot but no joy.
Hansen stuffs the takedown.
Sloppy strikes from Hansen. Those never looked like landing.

Cooper drives through with a takedown into Hansen's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Hansen keeping moving, preventing Cooper from controlling successfully.
Cooper throws a big elbow that misses.
Hansen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Hansen has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Cooper is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Cooper drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hansen gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Cooper decides to pull guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hansen's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Hansen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cooper is keeping the position for now.

Cooper avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cooper escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hansen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hansen controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cooper is trying to control the position but Hansen postures up.
Hansen with a flurry of punches that miss.
Cooper is trying to keep Hansen in close.
Hansen trying to control the position from guard on top but Cooper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hansen is stalling in the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mac Hansen.

Cooper on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hansen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hansen wants it to stay on the feet.
Hansen throws a right hand that Cooper ducks under and follows up with a left that Cooper also avoids with ease.
Hansen scores with the left hand. Cooper knows he should have avoided that one.
Cooper shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hansen counters with a good low kick that Cooper was not able to check.
Cooper fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hansen connects with a jab.
Hansen throws a nice head kick!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hansen looks to score with a jab to the body but Cooper is just out of range.
No luck for Cooper with that takedown attempt.

Cooper shoots in for a double leg but Hansen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hansen tests Cooper's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Cooper is rocked!
Hansen lands with a right and another and another! Cooper is in big trouble! Hansen lands again and this time it's lights out for Cooper! A quality knockout there for Hansen.
