Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Long Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Pierve The Veil- King For A day . The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Williams !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Long Silver!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, John Kavanagh and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A head kick misses from Silver.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Silver is defended easily by Williams .
Silver slaps away a takedown attempt from Williams , before circling back to the center of the mat.
Silver tries to close the distance and clinch up but Williams swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Silver gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Silver has Williams pressed against the cage.
Silver drops down looking for an ankle pick but Williams pulls his leg out and moves away.
Williams closes the distance and clinches up with Silver, looking for a takedown. Williams pushes Silver against the cage but Silver circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Silver rushes Williams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Williams successfully pulls guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Silver loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Silver wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Williams , who protects the arm well.
Silver misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Silver throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Silver tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Silver has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Long Silver dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Silver goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Williams tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Silver smiles and moves away.

Jack Williams is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Silver takes the fight into the clinch.
Williams lands a hook that snaps the head of Silver backwards.

Williams is fighting off a takedown attempt but Silver is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Williams to the mat. Williams regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Silver tries to pass the half guard into mount. Williams knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Silver seems to be working for a kimura but Williams defends the submission attempt.

Williams is trying to stand up here but Silver is controlling him well.

Silver is looking for a kimura but Williams is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Silver to get the leverage.

Long Silver showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Long Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams moves in looking to clinch but Silver pushes him off.
Silver fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Williams .

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Silver is defended easily by Williams .
Jack Williams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Long Silver.
Williams misses with a two punch combination.

Silver fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Williams sprawls well initially but Silver persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Silver thows a huge punch but Williams dodges it nicely.
Williams is trying to stand.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Silver trying to mount his opponent but Williams defends it.

Silver is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Silver decides to stand up.
Williams avoids a kick to the body.
Silver tries to clinch up but Williams circles away and keeps his distance.
No luck for Silver with that takedown attempt.

Silver shoots in and drives through. Williams sprawls well.
Jack Williams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Williams looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Silver shoots in looking for a takedown but Williams manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silver's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Williams tries to clinch but Silver is having none of it.

and Williams counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Silver lands with a kick to the temple. Williams shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Silver throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Silver wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance.
Williams stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Williams wants it to stay on the feet.
Silver circles away from the clinch attempt.
Silver tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Williams defends well and Silver ends up having to push Williams into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Silver breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Williams fails with the takedown.
Williams misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Silver changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Williams tries to avoid it but Silver manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Williams to the ground. Williams escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight!
Long Silver comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Silver has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
