Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mason Skipper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
fletcher misses with a few strikes there.
fletcher throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Horrible takedown by Skipper or perhaps it was just good defense by fletcher which made him look bad.
Skipper closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
fletcher looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Skipper is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so fletcher is just riding it out for now. Skipper eventually gives up the hold.
fletcher is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Skipper works his foot free and advances to mount.
fletcher is desperately trying to improve his position but Skipper has a good base and remains in mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
fletcher is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Skipper jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but fletcher manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Skipper thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
fletcher gets back to half guard.
Skipper wants to pass to mount but fletcher is defending the position.
fletcher gets back to full guard.
Skipper is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but fletcher has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Skipper is looking to defend but fletcher has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Skipper! fletcher pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Skipper taps out and this one is all over!
