Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Rivas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rivas comes to the cage accompanied by Cypress Hill-Insane in the Membrane. Savage has chosen Mother - Danzig as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Oscar Rivas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Randy Savage! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rivas takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Oscar Rivas has been cut. Savage throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Rivas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Rivas in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rivas stands and steps away. Savage gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Rivas takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nice sprawl there from Savage as Rivas shoots in. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rivas moves forwards but Savage connects with a nice, crisp jab. Savage lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Rivas shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Savage sprawls well. Savage wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rivas gets slowly back to his feet. Rivas moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Rivas takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
That's one minute gone in the round. Savage fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. The fight stays on the outside here - Rivas looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Savage scores with a hook. Savage scores with a hook to the body. Rivas takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Savage dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rivas is breathing heavily. Savage lands with a nice body punch. Rivas's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Savage connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rivas scrambles back to his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Savage feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rivas sprawling to the canvas! Rivas rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Savage finish him?!
Rivas is rocked! Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Savage moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Rivas! Savage continues to tee off on Rivas, landing with a left and a right! Savage connects with a right hand that leaves Rivas sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Savage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Randy Savage! After winning the bout, Randy Savage thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
