The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mourinho gets the takedown into side control.
Guilherme regains half guard.
Guilherme punching from the bottom.
Mourinho seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Guilherme is trying to control but can't.
Mourinho trying to mount his opponent but Guilherme defends it.
Guilherme wants to control but Mourinho is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Vito Guilherme has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Guilherme manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Mourinho had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Guilherme defends it easily.

Guilherme is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Guilherme wants to control from the top but Mourinho keeps moving.
Mourinho knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Guilherme on the ground.

Guilherme slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Guilherme wants to control from the top but Mourinho keeps moving.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The ref stands the fighters back up. Vito Guilherme was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Guilherme throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mourinho's waist but Mourinho gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guilherme off to one side.
Mourinho looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Mourinho gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Guilherme looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Guilherme is trying to control. Mourinho wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Guilherme tries to stand but can't do so whilst Mourinho controls his leg.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Guilherme wants to take a breather but Mourinho is having none of it.
Mourinho might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Guilherme wants to stand up but Mourinho is controlling the position.

Guilherme shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mourinho defends it nicely.
