The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li takes a swing at Silva's ribcage but misses.
Li throws a shot to the body.
Li dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Silva throws a good cross that connects.
Decent striking displayed by Li there.
Li throws a body punch but Silva moves out of range.
Silva lands with a nice combination. Li backs away looking to recover.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The crowd cheers as Li lands an impressive looking overhand right. Silva doesn't seem phased though.
Li lands a jab to Silva's midsection.
Silva looks to throw the jab but Li is out of range.
Li fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Li lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silva circles away quickly and effectively.
Silva throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Yize Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Li lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Li.
It looks like Braun Silva has been cut.
Li lands a glancing blow to the side of Silva's head.

Silva slips a jab and a cross from Li.

Silva drops his hands momentarily and Li takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Silva is breathing heavily.
Silva walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Silva limp body while Li jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
