The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hasashi has Lopez up against the cage in a clinch.
Hasashi lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Daren Lopez has been cut.
Lopez has had enough of the clinch but Hasashi keeps him there for the moment.

Lopez jumps guard but Hasashi stands there with Lopez around his waist. Lopez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hasashi should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Hasashi lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Lopez tries to pull guard but Hasashi forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Lopez is pressed against the cage. Hasashi pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Lopez! Two more big strikes from Hasashi and Lopez crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Hanzo Hasashi!
As Hanzo Hasashi got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: 私はあなたのお尻を打つ '.
