The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neilson misses with a two punch combination.
Wardrop changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Neilson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Wardrop throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Neilson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
