Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wanderlei Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pollboss Drdre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pollboss Drdre told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drdre thows a left - swing and a miss!
Silva clinches up against the cage.

Drdre tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Drdre jumps into guard, dragging Silva to the mat.

Silva digs a right hand underneath Drdre's ribcage. Drdre let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Silva lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Drdre or not.
Drdre's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A short body shot lands from Silva as the two fighters clinch.
Still in the clinch, Silva scores with a nice short uppercut.
Drdre should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

The cut above Pollboss Drdre's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
A bit of stalling here from Silva.
Silva lands a body punch in the clinch.

Silva pushes Drdre back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Still in the clinch, Silva scores with a nice short uppercut.
Drdre takes a shot to the head.

Silva pushes Drdre against the cage. Silva is working some dirty boxing. Silva pushes off with a quick right hook! Drdre goes down! Drdre tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Silva moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wanderlei Silva!
