Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ogami Itto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sonny Boom!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Ogami Itto!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom moves in looking to clinch but Itto pushes him off.
Boom displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
It looks like Ogami Itto has been cut.
Itto misses with a leg kick
and Boom counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Itto throws a right hand that Boom ducks under and follows up with a left that Boom also avoids with ease.
Itto fails to land the takedown.
Boom is looking to clinch but Itto is avoiding it.
Boom is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Boom!
Boom tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Itto counters with a straight right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boom tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Itto manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Boom fails with an attempt to clinch.

Itto cracks Boom with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Itto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Boom sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Itto somewhat.

Itto swats away the attempt to clinch by Boom.
Boom throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Itto's head.
Boom wants to clinch up but Itto keeps it at a distance.
Boom scores with a head kick.
Itto looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Boom moves in looking to clinch but Itto pushes him off.
A solid leg kick lands there for Boom.
Boom moves to clinch but Itto breaks away
and Itto counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Itto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A head kick misses from Itto.
Itto misses with a low kick.
Itto throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Boom counters by clinching up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Itto breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boom tries to clinch but Itto is having none of it.
Boom keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Itto shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Boom eats them both and turns towards Itto to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Itto shoots in but Boom avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sonny Boom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ogami Itto.
Boom tries to clinch there but Itto circles away.
Boom jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Boom moves into the clinch.
Itto is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Boom is keeping busy.
Boom throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Itto blocks it with crossed arms.
Boom working aggressively here.
A nice right hand lands inside from Boom.
Itto is working Boom over against the cage.
Itto tries a body shot but Boom blocks it.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Boom throws a punch but it's blocked by Itto.
Boom swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Boom lands with a light punch inside.
Boom lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Itto takes a shot to the head.
A nice left hand lands by Itto.
Itto misses with a punch to the body.
Itto struggles to land a body shot inside as Boom controls his hands.
Itto is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Boom throws a head punch that misses.
Itto misses with some punches.
Itto misses with a hook from the clinch.
Itto turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Itto manages to end up in side control.
Boom is trying to improve his position.
Itto stands up.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boom has closed the distance and engaged Itto in a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Itto pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Boom tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Itto counters with a nice uppercut.
Itto drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Boom right on the button. Boom goes down! Itto follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Itto gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ogami Itto!
Ogami Itto really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Battle Ready Nutrition & Laundry 90% (Out of Stock logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
