The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Berzins stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Berzins wants it to stay on the feet. Berzins cracks the inside of Copeland's front leg. Berzins pushes Copeland up against the cage in a clinch. Berzins lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Berzins gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Berzins lands a nice elbow. Copeland jumps guard but Berzins stands there with Copeland around his waist. Copeland gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Copeland hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Butch Copeland! In his post fight interview, Butch Copeland started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
