Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ichabod Crane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Giant Tank!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crane pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Crane throws a head kick but Tank moves out of range.
Crane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Ichabod Crane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crane tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Tank manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Tank swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Crane throws a sloppy head kick and Tank moves out of range easily.

and Crane counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Tank works over Crane's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Ichabod Crane has been cut.
Crane throws a head kick that misses.
Crane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Crane lands a head kick. Tank smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Crane moves in looking to clinch but Tank pushes him off.
Crane connects with a body shot that sends Tank's belly button to the back.
Crane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fight stays on the outside here - Crane looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tank throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Crane.
Crane tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Tank manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Crane misses with an elbow over the top.
Crane tries to land knees in the clinch but Tank avoids the damage to the body.
Tank has Crane pressed against the ropes.
Crane misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Tank.
A nice right hand lands inside from Crane.
Tank breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tank avoids the head kick by Crane.
Crane throws a right and a left that both miss.
Crane tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Tank counters with a right, a left and a big uppercut that drops Crane to the mat! Tank runs to a neutral corner to get the count going quickly. 3,4,5,6 and Crane is back to his feet. He seems ready to continue - the ref agrees so we're back at it!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Crane darts in trying to clinch
and Tank counters with a stiff right hand.

Tank throws a right and a left that Crane avoids nicely.
Crane doesn't manage to clinch there - Tank circles away.
Crane tries to clinch
and Tank counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Crane is rocked!
Crane drops his guard momentarily, allowing Tank to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Crane! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Tank takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Giant Tank!
Giant Tank was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
