The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferreira misses with a takedown attempt - Well sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Well throws a front kick aimed at Ferreira's knee but Ferreira avoids it well.
Well tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ferreira was well out of range. Poor timing from Well.
Ferreira fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Well has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Ferreira shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Well sprawls well. Well wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ferreira gets slowly back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Rock Well will probably get the nod.
