And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Familia as he avoids it easily.
Palmer shoots in for a double leg but Familia sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Palmer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Familia swivels and escapes.
Chris Familia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Astro Palmer.
Palmer shoots in looking for a takedown. Familia tries to sprawl out of it but Palmer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Familia manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Familia scores with a shot to the body.
Familia sends Palmer crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Familia is motioning to the referee to let Palmer up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Familia cracks Palmer with a left hook right on the temple and Palmer goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Familia lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Palmer is OK!
