Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank Sinatra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
35 - 18 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Sinatra! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hector Williams! The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams jabs at Sinatra's body. Sinatra just misses with a punch to the body.
Williams fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Sinatra checks it well. Sinatra throws the left hand but Williams avoids the punch easily. Williams looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Sinatra has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Williams. Williams misses with a wild body shot. A chopping leg kick lands by Williams. Sinatra moves out of range of the body kick. Williams changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Williams's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sinatra connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Williams scrambles back to his feet. Williams feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sinatra's calf. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Williams pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sinatra is out of range and Williams settles back down. Williams looks to throw the jab but Sinatra is out of range. Sinatra misses with a straight left. Williams on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Hector Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Williams throws a leg kick but Sinatra sees it coming and checks it nicely. Sinatra throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Williams on the side of the head. Williams throws a leg kick which misses Sinatra's front leg but catches the back leg as Sinatra tries to avoid it. Williams throws a low kick but Sinatra moves out of range easily. Williams bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Sinatra blocks the body kick.
Williams misses with a combination
and Sinatra counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sinatra. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Williams controls Sinatra momentarily but Sinatra frees himself. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Williams is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Sinatra working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Williams's head.

Williams can't keep his opponent in guard - Sinatra advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Sinatra trying to control the action but Williams is working from the bottom. Sinatra sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Williams defending well though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Sinatra is thwarting Williams's attempts to control the position. Williams is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Sinatra is staying active. Sinatra moves nicely into side control. Williams is looking for a sweep. Williams wants to control but Sinatra postures up. Sinatra wants to lay and pray for a moment but Williams keeps working. Sinatra has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sinatra tries to move into full mount but can't pass Williams's legs. We've been hearing good reports from Sinatra's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Williams holding on. Williams is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Williams controls the position for a moment. Williams defending against the ground and pound. Sinatra advances nicely into full mount. A nice elbow there by Sinatra. Sinatra unloads with some shots from mount but Williams bucks and avoids them well.
Sinatra fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Williams is desperately trying to improve his position but Sinatra has a good base and remains in mount. Sinatra lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Williams hang on? The referee warns Williams that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Williams is squirming around, avoiding Sinatra's attempts to control the action. Williams is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Sinatra cracks Williams with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Sinatra thowing shots but they're missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Williams is in all sorts of trouble here.
Williams is squirming around, avoiding Sinatra's attempts to control the action. Williams tries to hold on but Sinatra postures up. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Williams slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Sinatra looks to score some points with some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Frank Sinatra will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Sinatra lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
This has been an exciting period of action! Sinatra takes a swing at Williams's ribcage but misses. Sinatra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Williams moves away. Williams misses with an attempted mid kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sinatra looks to throw the jab but Williams is out of range. Sinatra misses with a lunging right hand
and Williams counters with a slapping leg kick. Williams throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Sinatra uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williams.
Sinatra bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. A nice leg kick lands there from Williams. Hector Williams seems to be getting the better of the standup. An inside leg kick lands from Williams. Hector Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Crunch! Williams slams his shin into Sinatra's torso. Williams misses with a body kick. Sinatra lands a nice shot that snaps Williams's head back.

Sinatra tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Sinatra is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sinatra steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Williams. That one must have hurt. Sinatra tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Williams lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Frank Sinatra has been cut. Williams thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sinatra if he has to take too many more of those.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sinatra misses with a looping right. Williams throws a leg kick that misses. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Williams.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams misses with a low kick as Sinatra jumps back. Crunch! Williams slams his shin into Sinatra's torso. Williams throws a nice inside leg kick. Williams is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Sinatra rather than just go for the knockout. Sinatra sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Williams feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sinatra's calf. Williams lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Sinatra will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Williams looks to land a combination. Sinatra sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Williams lands with a slapping head kick. Williams dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sinatra. That did some damage! Williams fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sinatra. Sinatra takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Sinatra on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Williams cracks the inside of Sinatra's front leg. Williams lands a big head kick that sends Sinatra tumbling to the mat! Williams takes a step backwards and waves Sinatra back to his feet - he wants the finish! Williams lands a brutal head kick. Sinatra looks out on his feet and Williams throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Hector Williams!
